No1 _ Creating my office
"My office" is automatically generated after you finished registering course. At present, the items contain view my inbox,,company profile, trade leads, my products, my offers, add new product, add new offer, message centre and my favourite. Also you could change your password through clicking "Change Password". Now Foodqs are in process of developing more functions for you, please keep your eyes on it.
No2 _ Edit my company
Updating your company profile is easy on Foodqs- Make sure you have signed in on it and go to "My Office" to click "Edit My Company" on the top left-hand. Input in every blank you could perfect your company profile, make yourself clear is very important for the targeted customers to understand you very well. The category of company is also crucial for people to find you through search engine on Foodqs, according to the products you are dealing in, try to select more categories.
Finally, click "Update" button to submit your new company profiles.
No3 _ Add new products
To add a new product, fill in every blanks in the "Post A New Product" page. Products are sorted into different categories, you could add new products according to the indication.
To manage your product information, just select My Products, modify, delete or reissue your products according to the navigation item on the left-hand in "My Office".
You products could be issued by yourself, it will be audited through if the content is different from former. Reposted directly on Foods1 if there is no changes of it.
By the way, it's better for you to upload picture of products as for targeted customers will get more clear impressions on it.
It can displayed images which are in either JPG. format, but needs to be smaller than 100k.
No4 _ Add new trade leads
Add your new buy offers or sell offers will make you receive quotation or inquires more quickly. Try to describe the offers in good details so that people will be attracted by it. Also better with picture profile which are in either JPG. or TIF. format. but needs to be smaller than 100k.
No5 _ Send Inquires to them
If any right product appears to meet your needs, click the "Inquire now" after you sign in, fill out the title in specific words and detailed contents, then submit your inquire. It will be sent to the other side right away. Of course, you also have to look through your email-box in order to receive the reply in time. No6 No6_ Leave message
There also an easy way to use like sending message online, because Foodqs has a email alert system, the alert email will be sent to the person you want to contact as soon as you leave message to him/her. It's convenient for you to get reply and keep it in "My inbox".

How to Contact Suppliers?
If it is a Gold Supplier,You can send an inquiry immediately when you find products or selling leads of your interest. Please send an inquiry message for product information, price, samples, your contact information, and etc. It needn’t to login.
But if it is a free member on foodqs.net, then you should be a registered user and login to send your inquiry.
You can also use Inquiry Basket to send multiple inquiries to suppliers.

How to Post Buying Leads?
To have suppliers to contact you, you need to login to ‘My office’ and post buying leads.
Please check “Inbox < My office” regularly for messages sent from suppliers.

How to find the right products?
Input one or more words in keyword input box after selecting “Buying Leads” for trade lead type. If you input two words or more, the searched buying leads will contain all of the words by default.

From the main page of ‘Buying Leads', you can find the buying leads by narrowing down the category.

How to Contact Buyers?
You can login and send an inquiry immediately when you find buying leads of your interest.

How to Post Products ?
Login to My office and Add products with images and detailed descriptions.

How to Post Selling Leads?
Login to My office and Add selling leads with images and detailed descriptions. Or you can choose your products to post as selling leads.
