1.How to check my postings?
We put different message processing priority to different members, for details, please check here. Or you can check the posting through following steps;
Login member area and check the latest message/product list to see if your message is there.
Search our website to see if your messages or products are there. Make sure to use the keywords.
Login member area, and check your message status, it will state Not Yet Approve if we did not process your messages/products.

2.When will my messages or products posting will appear on Foodqs?
Given that all the messages meet our requirements, for trial members, their postings will be processed within 24 hours, for premium members, their posting will be processed within 8 hours.
If your messages did not meet our requirements, we will send you email to notify you and your message will be deleted. You should re-post your messages in the member area.
Major Notice: We will not approve repeated messages, so, please be patient before your message is being approve

What is the expired period of the buy offer?
Each buy offers posted in our system is assigned with a effective day/expiration day counting from the date of posting. When the expiration day of the posting is reached, our system will delete your posting from our database

4. How to get good feedbacks from buyer's posting?
How to post attractively and smartly to get the good response from the quality suppliers and to widen your choice of business partners, followings are some of the suggestions for getting better feedbacks from your posting:
Provide detail and specific description of your buy offers requirement; such as information, model, quantity and delivery methods etc.
If allowed, you can also attached the product photo with your buy offers; ( optional, this service only available for premium member).
Make sure your phone number, fax number and email address are correct and in use. Because people will look for you through above contact methods.
Update your postings periodically to keep the information fresh and higher ranking in the listings.
Repeat postings are not allowed.

5.How to post buy offers?
You can post your buy offers directly from our Want to Buy form on our website without registering as our member. However, your buy offers will be treated as our exclusive offers and will release to our trial members after 24 hours. Our premium member can view your buy offers immediately after we had approved your buy offers. After your offer is entered into our system, you cannot modify it and it will be delete from our database within three months.
Or you can signup as Foodqs member and post your buy offers in the member area, you can modify/delete your buy offers anytime you wanted.
